Handling of the Mooncakes

Baked Mooncakes:

As our mooncakes do not contain preservatives and on reduced sugar, it can be kept in room temperature for 1 week and if kept in chiller fridge, can be kept for around one month. Please keep mooncakes away from direct heat or sunlight and high humidity area so that the mooncakes would not turn mouldy easily. Baked mooncakes is best consumed within 2 weeks but with proper storage, it can be consumed within 1 month from purchased.

Flaky Taro Paste Mooncake with One Yolk is best consumed with 3 days from purchased.

Snow Skin Mooncakes:

To be kept in chiller fridge in air-tight container or in our mooncake box but to cling wrap the box to prevent dry cold air from getting into the cake as the snow skin mooncake will turn hard if contact with dry cold air. Snow skin mooncakes is best consumed within 1 week from purchased.
