- Self-collection and delivery is not available on Mondays for Jia He Chinese Restaurant.
- Delivery to Jurong Island is not applicable.

Bento Sets
- Orders must be made at least 1 (one) day in advance prior to the delivery date.
- A minimum order of 2 Bento Sets is required and applicable for self-collect at Jia He Chinese Restaurant.
- Self-collect at Jia He Chinese Restaurant for orders below $230 nett (after discount).
- Free Delivery for order above $230 nett (after discount).
- Delivery service is available at S$21.80 nett delivery fee to 1 location for order between $200.00 nett to $229.99 nett (after discount).
- Delivery to Sentosa Island locations: Add surcharge of S$21.80 nett
- Delivery to Jurong Island is not applicable.
- Delivery time for lunch is from 11:00am to 1:30pm and dinner is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
- Self-collection time is from 11:00am to 2:00pm (during lunch) and 5:00pm to 7:30pm (during dinner) for self-collection.
- Self-collection and delivery is not available on Mondays.
- Not valid with any offers, credit card or discount card promotions and/or dining vouchers.
- Cancellation of orders made 3 days prior to delivery or self-collect date will incur a penalty of 50% of the total food order and 100% of the total food order if cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to delivery or self-collect date.
- All prices quoted are subject to prevailing government taxes and GST, unless otherwise stated.
- Jia He Chinese Restaurant Management reserves the right to change the menus, terms and conditions without prior notice.
