- Pre-order of Lunar New Year goodies are available for collection or delivery from 16 Jan 2026 to 3 Mar 2026.
- Self collection is from 16 Jan 2026 - 3 Mar 2026, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Local delivery is from 16 Jan 2026 - 3 Mar 2026, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM or 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM or 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Last order for self collection / local delivery on eve of CNY is on 11 Feb 2026, 2359hrs.
- From 16 Jan to 15 Feb 2026, and CNY Day 3 (19 Feb 2026) to CNY Day 15 (3 Mar 2026):
- Free Delivery for order above $380+ (or $414.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to one address.
- A delivery rebate of $30 Nett OFF the CNY Delivery Set Menus, Spring Blossom Mini Buffet Package & CNY a-la-carte Menu price with minimum spend of $380+ (or $414.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) and above if customers choose self-collection at Jia He.
- Delivery Charge of $30 Nett applies to order between $280+ (or $305.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to $379+ (or $413.11 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to one address.
- Self-collection for orders below $279+ (or $304.11 nett inclusive of GST, after discount).
- CNY Eve, Day 1 & Day 2 (16 to 18 Feb 2026):
- Free Delivery for order above $380+ (or $414.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to one address.
- A delivery rebate of $40 Nett OFF the CNY Delivery Set Menus, Spring Blossom Mini Buffet Package & CNY a-la-carte Menu price with minimum spend of $380+ (or $414.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) and above if customers choose self-collection at Jia He.
- Delivery Charge of $40 Nett applies to order between $280+ (or $305.20 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to $379+ (or $413.11 nett inclusive of GST, after discount) to one address.
- Self-collection for orders below $279+ (or $304.11 nett inclusive of GST, after discount).
- Delivery arrangement:
- Jia He Lunar New Year eshop daily cut off timing for self collection and delivery are at 1:30 PM.
- Same Day Delivery is available from 16 Jan to 15 Feb 2026.
- Last order for self collection / local delivery on eve of CNY is on 11 Feb 2026, 2359hrs.
- During 17 Feb 2026 (CNY First Day) and 18 Feb 2026 (CNY Second Day), there is no same day Delivery, however 1 day in advance order is required.
- Same Day Delivery resume from 19 Feb 2026 (CNY Third Day) to 3 Mar 2025.
- Delivery to Sentosa Island locations: Delivery fee + surcharge of S$25.00 nett.
- Delivery to Jurong Island is not applicable.
- Above offer applicable while stocks last.
- All prices quoted are subject to prevailing government taxes and GST, unless otherwise stated.
- The management reserves the right to change or cancel the above terms & conditions without prior notice.
A La Carte (Non CNY Menus)
Self collection / delivery is available until 31 Jan 2026.
- Self-collect at Jia He Grand Chinese Restaurant for orders below $230 nett (after discount).
- Delivery service is available at S$21.80 nett delivery fee to 1 location for order between $160.00 nett to $229.99 nett (after discount).
- Free Delivery for order above $230 nett (after discount).
- Delivery to Sentosa Island locations: Add surcharge of S$21.80 nett
- Delivery to Jurong Island is not applicable.
- Delivery time for lunch is from 11:00am to 1:30pm and dinner is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
- Self-collection time is from 11:00am to 2:00pm (during lunch) and 5:00pm to 7:30pm (during dinner) for self-collection.
